Yes, we require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. As of September 1st, 2022 Background check will cost $30 and be good for 36 months.
Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an independent contractor NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverages needed will be the responsibility of the CSP.
Yes. Certification is now paid. During the certification period, you will earn $7.64 per hour. Once you begin taking calls, you also have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.81 per hour based on performance metrics outlined in your SOW. All certification pay is issued after required milestones are completed and verified.
Yes, there are two initial costs to be aware of:
Arise Background Check ($30): All agents are required to complete a background check through Arise. The cost is $30 and it is valid for 36 months, so you will not need to pay again during that period.
Refundable $50 Class Deposit: When you enroll in a client certification course, a $50 deposit is required to secure your seat. This deposit is fully refundable once you successfully complete the first day of certification.
These are the only upfront costs required to get started.
The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work for. Current agents are taking home incomes of $9.00-$17.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work, the more you make.
No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-monthly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form each year instead of a W-2, and you are responsible for handling your own taxes.
Please note that a 15% service fee is deducted from your bi-monthly payouts. This includes:
5% Arise Platform Usage Fee
10% D&J DreamTeam LLC IBO Fee
These fees are separate from taxes and apply to all active agents.
No, we do not contract internationally. At this time, we only partner with agents who reside in approved U.S. states.
